Terms of service
These terms apply to all purchases in the SLOPCORE online shop (operated by the person named in our Legal notice / Impressum).
- Contract. Product pages are an invitation to buy. Your order is an offer; the contract is concluded when we send the order confirmation email.
- Prices. Prices are shown in your local currency at checkout. As a small business under § 19 UStG (Kleinunternehmerregelung) we do not charge VAT (gemäß § 19 UStG wird keine Umsatzsteuer berechnet). Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Import duties or taxes in your country may apply (see Shipping).
- Payment. Payment is processed securely at checkout by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.
- Made to order. Each item is printed on demand after you order. Production and delivery times are estimates (see our Shipping policy).
- Right of withdrawal. Consumers in the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal as described in our Returns & refunds policy.
- Warranty. The statutory warranty rights apply. Damaged or misprinted items are replaced or refunded (see Returns & refunds).
- Colours and mockups. Product images are mockups. Small differences in colour and print placement are normal in printing.
- Designs. All designs are © SLOPCORE / javiexmachina. Buying an item does not give you rights to reproduce the designs.
- Liability. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise our liability is limited as far as the law allows.
- Law. German law applies, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live. We are not obliged and not willing to take part in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board.
