Refund policy

Every SLOPCORE piece is printed on demand, just for you. Here is how returns work.

14-day right of withdrawal (EU customers)

If you live in the European Union you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

Tell us within those 14 days by email at hello@slopcore.live (order number + the items). We will reply with the return address.
Send the items back within 14 days of telling us. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.
You pay the cost of sending the items back.
We refund the price of the items and the original standard shipping within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may wait until we receive the items back (or proof that you sent them). The refund goes to your original payment method.
The optional Priority order (+1 €) is refunded only if your order had not yet gone into production.

Wrong size

Please check the size guide on each product page: the tees are oversized and boxy on purpose. Outside the EU withdrawal period we cannot exchange sizes, because each item is made to order.

Damaged, misprinted or wrong item

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted or is not what you ordered, email hello@slopcore.live within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send you a replacement or a full refund, at no cost to you. You do not need to send the item back unless we ask.
